Reservation Dogs Season 2 Review
Reservation Dogs shares many of the same qualities as Sherman Alexie’s Smoke Signals(1988), including its charm, emotional depth, realism, and humor, but it also has its distinct cultural influence. Gary Farmer portrays such an irascible, sympathetic character in the season’s final episode, which is achingly perfect. The Reservoir Dogs pastiche makes the humorous comedy while providing a somber, serious counterpoint to the reality of the characters’ daily existence. I’ll make sure to watch every episode of Season 2 if possible. Reservation Dogs is with Montford: Chickasaw Rancher, Dark Winds, and Smoke Signals. Let’s hope Sterlin keeps up his excellent work!
Reservation Dogs Season 2 Episode 8 Review
This episode reminds you of your family’s eventual demise. And if you’ve ever been in this scenario, you know it’s a beautiful time to spend with family, friends, and distant relatives. I was pretty emotional during the entirety of the event. Each moment in this episode moves and grabs you by the neck. It tugs on all the appropriate heartstrings to make your emotions go in all directions as if you were in the situation with the characters and sharing their suffering. This was exceptionally well-executed. I cannot stress enough that this episode should be nominated for any awards.
